At SHOP ATLUS, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags securely attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the items back in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
